One easy way to exercise regularly

I was running this morning on day seven of our 100-day clean eating and challenge and this thought about the easiest way to exercise came to me. After exercising regularly for more than a decade it has occurred on me that exercise is HARD. My hope has been that after all these years, exercising early in the morning will get easier with each passing day. Well, this has not been the case. From my experience, I have to pull myself out each day and remind myself that if I do not take care of my body nobody will do it for me. Over the years I have come to the realization that it is me and me alone that has to eat right and work out regularly.


 Please don’t get me wrong. There are tremendous benefits of exercising, but when you get up on a cold winter morning these benefits are the least things in your mind. All you crave is to remain in bed under the warm sheets. This is when you MUST talk to yourself and remind yourself who the true boss of you is. Your feelings are not the boss of you. The only boss is you and you should not fail yourself.


   While you may think that you do not have time, strength, and the right equipment your health does not care about what is holding you back. Your health will deteriorate if you neglect it. This is why I am suggesting that you do this one thing. Tell yourself that it is HARD to exercise and get along with it.


Hustle: It is a hustle because each day will require you to pull yourself out of the bed and out of the house to do whatever you have to do to exercise and maintain your health. If you think those who exercise regularly are doing so because it comes to them naturally you are seriously mistaken. Ask anybody who exercises regularly, and you will hear that each day is different, and, on some days, they do not even feel like doing it, but do it anyway. You too must adopt this winning attitude.



Aggressive: There is a lot that is standing up against you and trying to prevent you from taking care of your health. Are you going to let, lack of time, the weather, age, health, or whatever you are dealing with to stop you? You must get aggressive by saying no to all these obstacles. Stop making excuses because they have not helped you and will never do. Look at where complaining and giving excuses has landed you. Are you happy where you are? Is your health what is supposed to be? Then wake up and aggressively opposed all the things that are trying to stop you.



Determination: If wishing and hoping for good health were all that is needed everybody will be in great shape. All who exercise regularly and have done so over a long time are determined. They have made up their minds to take care of the most important asset that God has given to them. These people understand that without good health nothing else matters. You must make up your mind to be determined.






Resiliency: When the going gets tough the tough get going. All who succeed in exercising or achieving other great things are resilient. They keep getting up even after they are have been knocked down time and time again. Nobody comes out of the womb running. All of us learned how to run through consistency. For me, I tried a failed over a period of more than 15 years before I figured it out. Are you going to give up because you have failed a few times? Don’t ever give up! You have to show some resiliency because without it you will not go far.


I am presenting to you a proven system that will help you take back your health in 2020. There are no gimmicks, shortcuts, or any silver bullets. But what I can promise is that this is a proven system that works. All I ask of you is that you try this system and see what it is going to do for you.
