Accountability is not an option; it is a MUST have. Without accountability, you will fail. Let me say that again, if you are not accountable, you will not go far.
Do you think professionals who are already at the top of their act hire coaches because they are crazy? These successful, highly gifted, and masters of their craft understand what many amateurs don’t, the power of accountability.
Without being held accountable by other people and yourself, you will fail. It is IMPOSSIBLE to be massively successful without accountability. The reason is that discouragement, failure, self-doubt, and self-sabotage will hit you sooner or later.
What will you do when you get up in the morning, and you don’t “feel” like eating that apple, doing the push-ups, making that phone call, reading, or whatever you know you must do to succeed? What will you do when you feel like giving up and that it is taking too long for your dreams to be fulfilled?
What will you do when figure and defeat are all you have to show even though you have put in your all?
What will you do when you are told that it can not be done?
Without accountability, you will be wiped out, no matter how strong you will have.
You need accountability because it cures, excuses, and delivers you from the blame game.
You need accountability because it makes you take responsibility. When you take
responsibility, you will become unstoppable!
